AONH Conference Policies
2026 AONH Fall Conference — Refund Policy
Effective for all registrations to the 2026 AONH Fall Conference.
No-Refund Policy
All registration fees for the 2026 AONH Fall Conference are non-refundable. Because the Association of Natural Health (AONH) incurs fixed and non-recoverable costs — including venue, catering, and materials — to plan and host the conference, we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or changes of plans, except as described below under Exceptions.
Exceptions
AONH recognizes that certain serious, unforeseen circumstances may prevent a registrant from attending in person. In the following situations, we may offer the registrant the option to attend the 2026 AONH Fall Conference virtually in place of their in-person registration:
-
- Death in the immediate family
- Serving as a caregiver for a family member
- Undergoing surgery
Approved exception requests result in a switch from in-person to virtual attendance. Virtual attendance is offered on a limited basis solely for registrants approved under this Exceptions policy and is not available as a general registration option. No cash refunds are issued under this policy; the accommodation is a change in attendance format only.
How to Request an Exception
Registrants requesting an exception should submit their request through the Contact form on the AONH website (aonh.org), providing the relevant details of their situation. Requests are reviewed and approved at AONH's discretion on a case-by-case basis. No supporting documentation is required at the time of request.
Deadline for Requests
Because AONH incurs hard costs that cannot be recovered close to the conference date, exception requests cannot be accommodated within 30 days of the start of the 2026 AONH Fall Conference. Requests should be submitted as soon as possible once the qualifying circumstance arises.
